Finding Your Stretch Zone

In EssentricsĀ® you determine your range of motion and the depth of your stretch, using equipment where appropriate, to make it work for you. The goal is relaxation.

You want to find a zone where you are a getting a feel-good stretch without over pulling or forcing. That position will vary person-to-person and day-to-day due to different factors including naturally varying muscle lengths in each individual.

Below are all examples of the same hamstring stretch. The goal is a gentle release of tension in the hamstrings, not a particular range of motion.
