Essentrics Full-Body Workout

Classes feature an intelligent combination of exercises, often coordinating full-body, circular movements to release tight fascia, lengthen & strengthen in motion, and challenge brain & balance.
Classes will vary between all-standing, standing & floor, standing & barre (chair), or a combination of all three. Class length is approximately 60 minutes.
New participant requirement: Please print complete a Registration Form and email me a scan or photo of the form at email@example.com.
